Empire Roasters & Records: Reviews & Ratings
A really great place to hang out and of course the waffles rock! Not just the flavors, but the mouth feel of the waffle was amazing. Lots of extra and intimate seating on the upper floors and balcony. We came on Sunday morning, so there was definitely a line. 10 minutes in line and 15 minutes more until waffles.
First coffee spot in Seattle that I visited and not disappointed. Seemingly a favorite and somewhat hidden gem of the Columbia city neighborhood. Plenty of choices and all baristas are really friendly and happy to whip up your order. In addition, the owner makes/bakes a lot (all?) of the treats on site, which is awesome. I personally love the vegan banana chocolate chip bread.
Empires roasters & Records has great expresso drink creations and plenty of different blends of tea. Their house made waffles, bagels and baked goods are all delicious. There's also an awesome record store upstairs and super cozy seating, balcony and great views if you keep going up the stairs. There's a fun video game machine that has over 200 games. Also plenty of art and a cool friends Lego set to look at.
Great spot in the one the best neighborhoods in Seattle. Loved the cortado and even found an Atlas Sound record upstairs. Third level has balcony seating. Must visit!
Went to Empire Roasters & Records. Ordered their iced mocha and my babe got the maple syrup waffle! Their espresso drinks were delicious cuz my babe got the iced cold brew. He loves it!!! The environment of the place was very nice! Also, outstanding customer service!!! Highly recommended!!! Love love love it !
So good. Great selection of coffees and teas. Their weekend special waffles, especially the fermented waffles are probably some of the best I've had!
Incredible shop! The flow of traffic when ordering and exiting is a bit of a dance, but worth it. Probably the best waffle I’ve ever had, satisfyingly crunchy bagels, and delicious coffee. Will definitely be back!
